...rosella jam. Yummy! These rosellas are now bubbling in the pot. Rosella jam on toast tomorrow morning. Can't wait. I trialled stewed rosella with the first picking for the season and was pleasantly surprised. Lovely as a topping for ice cream and I used it instead of raspberries in a cheese cake I made for the family reunion - very popular! Needs lots of sugar as the fruit is very tart but yummy for a once in awhile treat.
