First mango of the season gone. Plenty more to follow where that came from. Love mango season. The cows do too. The mango trees grow in a cow paddock and the cattle eat every mango that falls. They create pathways from tree to tree in their quest to be the first to reap the reward of a fallen mango.
I had severe palpitations there for a minute. I thought you were feeding mangoes to the cattle. I guess its OK if the eat the fallen ones though - I guess.
We are on about our fifth tray of them and they are bloody sensational this year. However, our best are yet to come when the local grower sells his off the back of his truck. Should start this weekend. See my posting from 12 months ago http://365project.org/terryliv/365/2014-01-18
I am not familiar with mango......you can get orange & mango juice & such like & now I remember I had a tiny pot of mango chutney the other day with my curry, but it's not a taste I know well. The cows like them too?
