Look closely and you'll see this little chap's plum coloured skull cap which earns him the name, not surprisingly, of plum-headed finch. There must have been 100 in the flock that descended on the houseyard yesterday and I have to admit I caught just this one shot. Fortunately, he was kind enough to turn his head and let the light catch his tiny plum cap.
