While kiddie #2 was taking a nap, I read an article about low-key photography and the use of two rooms (one light, one dark) to get the result you want. So, here we go, my first intended low-key photo. This is the little House Spirit (Домовой) that my niece made out of canvas fabric when she was little. If you have a second, click to view on black.
As always, I very much looking forward to reading any reactions, suggestions and comments. Thank you so much!
Thank you very much from me and our house spirit :) It was fun trying out, and I like that the whole attention here on this little creature.
Stuart, the focus took a while, as I am also still learning how to operate the Sony camera I got for Christmas. So, I went through a number of shots till I felt I got it :) Thanks!
@roulin
I shall read about it.
Mounat - putting him onto a black wool coat helped a lot, otherwise I was getting his reflection on the wooden floor. :)
