On the Wall 12

Chichester is a small city and has plenty of art work. Following Chichester Street Art festival in 2013 many murals have appeared. This was added 2 years ago and at the time was thought to be the works of Banksy!! The year before a colourful cat was placed on the wall and the rats have been placed behind the cat who may appear another day.
