I'm a chocoholic too! I find that it is only common courtesy to test the chocolate before serving to guests to, you know, make sure that it's good enough for company. I melt little chocolate disks and put them in forms and make party favors sometimes. Great shot, now, if you'll excuse me I have to find some chocolate to eat.
@april16 Who can resist chocolate and yes it always needs to be tested first. I am just testing chocolate mints with my coffee and yes once again they have passed the taste test .
