So cute! A lovely shot; I'm also studying the background since this is always my downfall. I really like the background because it doesn't compete with the subject. Backgrounds are not discussed too much and I really need help with this!
@april16 I used white board in this background and on the base - light and portable and cheap to buy from craft shops or you could also use a roll of white paper and then there is no join line.
