A picture paints a thousand words.
I tried to take a shot of this Lady from a distance but she saw me and I gave up. My daughter picked me up in the car and as we drove past I managed to get a shot through the car window.
I came across this whilst looking at what everyone else had put up for Mar15words - this is a very telling photo, assuming all her worldly possessions are around her, I feel sad for her circumstances, but also reassured by how peaceful she looks here - she doesn't look like she wants' pity. This picture will stay with me so for that reason, it's a Fav.
Wonderful candid, and I agree that she looks so peaceful. It's also interesting that even though she appears to be homeless and surrounded by all her earthly possessions, she has what looks like a cell phone. Maybe she's not really homeless and has come for a visit and is waiting for someone to pick her up or open the door?

I have seen this lady around for a couple of years sitting with her pram she always looks very tidy and nicely dressed . I think she must have overnight shelter. It would be interesting to hear her story.
