I adore this 🥰 will have to try and do some research to what it’s back story is… but I liked just for its beauty
Update here’s what I found:
“Tempest Building” on Tithebarn Street. It was created by the English duo Nomad Clan as a empowering piece, depicting the struggles and growth of start up businesses in the city.
