I've heard the Wellington is a very windy city. but it's so charming to see hair and skirts flowing happy in a sunny day, isn´t it? Such a neat shot. perfect focus.
@deniseescovino I was trying to capture the scene when ladies desperately pull their skirt down in the wind and have no luck yet. – one day. Thank you for your warm reply in your shot and I am privileged to have known you from 365. , I found the philosophy of Buddhism very satisfying. By the way, English is my second language too, so no need to apologise for the grammar mistake. I bet English speaking person will pick up more than 8 mistakes in this single post. Love the number 8 – just learned the eight fold pathway to enlightenment.
@yaorenliu You´re a sweetie. Thank you, dear. And I love to read about everything that helps me to be a better person. I went to Kushinagar, in the state of Utah Pradesh, in India, where Siddharta Gautama died at the age of 80. It's a place of worship now and I've learned a lot about him in that place. What a great path to follow, don't you think? Thank you so much for your always kind words. Maybe we can have a 365 meet up in NZ some day. I'd love that!
@kathiecb@kathiecb so you are either enlightened already or just need an extra step! Haha.
By the way, the English is so hard to learn with its irregularity. A dictator is required to regulate it, such as get rid of go, went, gone. What’s wrong with “ed”
@yaorenliu I poke fun at you but your English is very good, Yao. I agree all those declensions must be difficult as well as all the homonyms - wind/wind, bow/bow/bow. Hope I didn't fry your brain.
Definitely a windswept hairdo! And your English definitely has to improve with all the 'chat' of 365 coming at you! I suppose you must feel bombarded sometimes....perhaps you need another Picnic bar!???
