Oh, I like this one. The figures are past, present, and future. The woman in the foreground is straight out of the sixties. The woman at the back becomes a piece of the mural. She is situated in this time and this place within its context. And the woman walking away seems to represent an uncertain future: glued to a phone, walking past the inspirational words unawares, cut off. At least this is one possible interpretation. Another is that this is simply about vibrant colours, shadow, light, which is all wonderful, too.
