October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. In honor of my sister Bun who died of breast cancer at the age of 28 in 1989, I am doing “Think Pink October" where all my posts will be pink for the entire month. Love you, Bunny, and miss you every day. 💕🌸
Another super fun day! We headed over to the Lucky Cat Mewseum at Essex Studios in the afternoon. Ande and I visited the museum for the first time on the Art Walk and I saved it on my list to take Cathee back there.
How cool was it to find a lucky cat (Maneki-neko) in pink for my Think Pink October? A statue with the left paw raised is to get more customers, while the right paw raised is to get more money. Hence it is also said that the one with left paw is for business and the right is for home.
