Here's mine...
For once I like a few of my my photos this week, but I like the bright colours in this and we had a great walk on that day.
It's been kinda busy times, and this week I actually managed to take several pictures! Since my other favourite was already posted in the favourite fav of another (think that's much greater honor than getting into PP!), I'll choose this one here. Finally some colours showing up in the nature!
This was a very quick shot which I had to crop as the petals had been nibbled by insects but I love the colour of it and it made the PP and the Trending
.
I spent two days in downtown Hollywood, Florida photographing some of the street art there. I liked this one that I took on April 7, just liked the colors and the general look of it.
This wasn't the shot that got the most favs but it is my personal pick of the week because it captures a favourite place in a different way. First time I have had a go at retro style processing and I was pleased with the result.
I've been working on the camera savvy focus challenge and I feel like I really have a handle on getting clean crisp shots now! And this subject is dear to me!!
I shot this while dangling between heaven and earth on the chairlift coming down from Monte Solaro on the island of Capri. I took dozens of pictures of the view, but this was the shot I nailed -- my daughter going down right in front of me. It's my favorite because it reminds me of one of the most beautiful days of our trip and also of that thrilling ride up and down.
I am picking this one. Because when I was asked to shoot this young lady's Senior pictures I told her Mom that I wasn't comfortable doing portraits. When she seemed disappointed I told her I would try. Today her parents told me that she picked either this one or one very similar to be her yearbook photo!
