As today is UK Fungus Day, I choose today's photo of some bonnet mushrooms (I think) - though I've had an unintentional fungus week here so could have chosen several of this week's shots!
This one because this project is a constant reminder to focus on the beauty all around me, even in the most ordinary and smallest of things. This project so helps me keep my sense of wonder.
I was really please that this (and another similar one) came out as I had imagined (after some adjustment in exposure etc). Of the two, this is my favorite.
This one's my favorite, because I captured it with my Lensbaby with the Sweet 50 Optic. I enjoy the sweet spot of focus surrounded by blur that this lens creates. Our Kousa Dogwood trees are loaded with these colorful fruits, and 365 helps me appreciate their beauty more than ever before.
My niece, who believes herself to not be photogenic, had me do some senior pictures this weekend... and, well, I might be biased but I believe she's incredibly wrong.
