Straight out of my life(SOOML) pictures.....pictures that depict a part of your life. Here is mine, would love to see your SOOML pictures and the story behind them.
This is my favorite room and where I spend a lot of time! No, I'm not a teenager, I'm the mother of a teenager (who thinks playing a game of chess is the most fun a person could have and I don't think I will ever understand that). XD I love my anime and manga. 8D
We are not living together but sometimes I stay with him. These mugs were bought in different trips (obviously London and Florence) and they represent also our passion for music and art. Now they are used for our breakfasts together.
@danacarruthers thank you for sharing. This is a beautiful picture. Def. Can feel the freedom of the water, winds and just the movement of the kayaks over the water. A wonderful way to be free. The picture talks.
@nataliestrawberry thank you for sharing. Very nice picture. i tend to collect mugs from places i travel too and they bring back memories everytime i see them.
@espyetta what an amazing picture!! love it. i commute a long way too. Have thought about taking pictures on the way to work but never have enough time or patience on either way to do that.
@smithak Thanks I uploaded that on May 15 I think it was..to that 1day website where everyone around the world took pics and uploaded them so we could all see what everyone saw that day. They have only gotten up 100 of them so far....their favorites or good ones, etc..b ut they will eventually catalog and have everyone's pic and their little story to go with it.
I keep my camera in my cup holder btw....easy to grab!
@swguevin Very inspirational picture!! You should be very proud of yourself. I am going to walk 60 miles in 3 days in November for Susan G Komen. Now you are my inspiration to start practicing for that. thnak you for sharing.
@naomi Such a story of my life selfie. Wonderfully done!!. love the wonder in your eyes. MY life's like that too. Not enough number of hours in a day. thank you for sharing.
@ambermagen Beautiful DOF and composition. I could use a cup of coffee right now. @jtrudell very interesting capture. Thank you for sharing. @jtrudell sorry that the race got cancelled but love your capture. Can see and feel the rain pouring down. very well captured.
This is my dog, Jazz. She's scared to death of thunderstorms, so she's on an anti-anxiety medication whenever it rains (yes, her fear has extended to rain, and then to wind - even if the stars are out). This shot was taken after the medicine started to take effect and she plopped face first in her toys.
@inara Yes, she's wearing one... it helps a little bit, but not enough. :( I went to the vet today and we're going to try "reconditioning" (associating food with a quiet thunderstorm recording, then gradually increasing the volume so she associates yummy food with thunderstorms) and some sort of Chinese calming herb that she found. Hopefully it'll work! *crosses fingers and prays*
@sarabeth_photo very cute dog. sorry for his fear of rain and thunderstorms.i hope the reconditiniing effort works out. keeping my fingers crossed for you.
This is how I spend a large portion of my days. My son is obsessed with soccer and so I'm using it as an opportunity to practice action shots. And for any Barça fans, the uniform isn't Messi's - it's Alexis's
This thread is awesome! This is the story of my life at the moment-university and a tight knit group of amazing people, with whom, even lazing around on the grass is a memorable experience.
