Thank you to everyone who took part in our Label-4-April challenge and to all of you who suggested words to Mad-4-May. In total we had 427 words nominated and this is how I have compiled our list:
- Firstly I added the words that were nominated for specific dates (for example ’Celebration’ on the 5th for Cinco de Mayo and ‘Red Cross’ on the 8nd for World Red Cross Day.
- I then put some similar words together like ‘BBQ/Picnic’ and ‘Sunray/Sunlight/Sunset’.
- I then counted up the number of times that the words were nominated and attaching those to the matching date (for example “Bees & Bugs” were nominated 6 times so is on the 6th)
- Where there were two or more with the same count, I added these randomly throughout the month.
- Some words that I have not included as they have been used in recent months.
- As agreed in previous months, the following words are bonus words each month; Birthday and Anniversary along with the Star Signs and Birth Stones.
Please note that the dates are just recommendations and you do not have to stick to them, you can use any of the 36 words in any order you like, if you wish to.

Bonus Words: Birthday - Anniversary – Taurus – Gemini - Emerald ”Who first beholds the light of day, In spring's sweet flowery month of May, And wears an emerald all her life, Shall be a loved and happy wife..”.
I was away last week and missed putting up suggestions. The list looks very challenging again and I look forward to giving it a go!! Many thanks Bulldog for all your hard work I know we all appreciate it!!
Thank you for the May list, Its great fun viewing all the creative ideas and shots, its great fun participating ( a lot of stress some days) Hope to do all the Maydays myself
Oh nice list! Need to think if I want to get into a month long project again haha My OCD forces me to have to do every single day so I gotta be prepared for it :P
@bulldog Many thanks for creating this project and all the work you do with it. It was a real help last month, got me thinking again. Couldn't complete as out of action hand, but hope to do some of May.
