I'd first like to say thank you for choosing my photo as the winner in #491. Now is the time to chose from the finalists of Challenge #492. It was so very difficult for me to select only 5. They were all good responses to their challenges and I thank everyone for participating.
Here are the finalists. Chose your favorite by 1/10/2022.
1. Kali's Pattern Making. Her challenge was a photograph of a pattern.
2. Sally Ings' Feet. This was her response to the challenge for a gritty, grainy grungy photo in black and white using the work of Ralph Gibson from the 60s and 70s as a suggestion.
3. April's this past year. Her partner challenged her to to take a photograph that typifies the past twelve months
4. Mary Siegle's Closer look was a result of the challenge for food photography.
5. Francoise posted what's on the dog's mind is a response to a challenge to try double exposure.
