When I think Gerbera daisy, I think sweet daughter. She fell in love with these bright, lively flowers in her teenage years; and no wonder. They symbolize cheerfulness, and cheerful she is! The beautiful, mixed flower bouquet she arrived with on Easter day continues to add cheer to the kitchen table; and the Gerbera daisies it contains add loving thoughts of her to my morning!
What a great angle, these flowers lend themselves well for being photographed as they have so much to give. Filling the entire frame with the flower makes for a dramatic composition.
