We had a wonderful day in ravello with Mamma Agata and her family, learning the secrets of Italian cookery. It was a special treat with her famous lemon cake at either end of the day. We came away with lots of tips and tricks and very, very full of delicious food. Mamma Agata is an amazing woman who cooked for Humphrey Bogart, Jacqueline Kennedy, Elizabeth Taylor, Fred Astaire.....as a young woman and continues to attract c'lebs to her cookery classes. Mark 'The Hulk' Ruffalo was there a few days after us.
