A pair of swans at Jesus Lock raised eight cygnets in 2009 and several others last year and the family stays in the vicinity. The swan on the left is still immature and although he hangs around with mum and dad he still has a 'bit of a go' at the dog if we go near the river. It was a really windy day today so I've lost a few shots to poor focus, and I wasn't going to post another swan shot so soon after the last but I really enjoyed the view up the back of his wings!
