Iris

First of all many thanks for all the comments on my 'pants' photo and the others - you are wonderful encouraging people! Sorry I've been out of action on commenting for a day or so as I've been out both day and evening - hope to make amends soon.
I spotted these lovely iris on my regular dog walking route to Jesus Green - I go down a little pedestrian lane with a row of terraced houses with much-loved tiny front gardens. I've tried a few times to capture a wisteria that runs the length of five houses but my pics have never done it justice. Anyway this garden is currently full of irises - it's a little square of perfection.
