I have been completely overwhelmed by the response to yesterday's picture! Thanks a million for commenting and faving - I really do appreciate it. And if yesterday's shot appeared for me literally in the middle of nowhere then today's did the same in a different way although with rather more run of the mill results!!. I've been struggling to find anything and was about to post a filler until a downpour while I was traipsing around trying to find a map for next week's trip to Northumberland created some nice puddles.
brilliant reflection - did you get strange looks while you were trying to take it? I was trying to get one of the church today, and was having to explain my madness to passers-by
Crikey Judith you are on a roll! What a great shot, the relfection is amazing and especially as you got to look for the reality and it isn't there! Well done!
Wow Judith you've done it again , this is lovely ! you are getting sooo good at this photography thing & sometimes I think the simple ones work the best !! I just love the puddles, the bike & the distant figure , superb, another fave for me !!
Oh my gosh...this is amazing, Judith! I agree with @sleepdozer57 ~ the puddle reflection looks like a doorway to another dimension. LOVE it! Absolute fav.
Love this Judith - saw yesterdays in thumbnail only looking forward to sseing it full screen! If your son is still in a grump i'll send my mate round to cheer him up - he did a great job on me last night!!
OMG....I want this photo. I mean I really really like it. The reflection. The sharp contrast between the foreground and background. The bike as a central character of the shot. Favorite for certain..clicking it.
I love this! Hope you enjoy Northumberland and it isn't too wet...I nearly went there on the way home from Scotland but the roads were getting flooded as it had been raining for 2 days so I thought it was better not to.
Do you think the puddle on it's own would create a nice picture ...I do :)
Love it!!!
