Huge thanks for the lovely response to the hornets! It made my weekend!
I dropped Adam off at hockey on Sunday and set out for a stroll with the dog along the cyclepath to Coton. It's quite a long path and not enormously inspiring but halfway down there is an old post with a heart painted on it. Random but nice. Coming back across fields I was as far from the hockey club as I could get, and Monty was stopping and holding up has paws for me as he didn't like the thick layer of mud hanging off them, when Adam called to say the coaches hadn't turned up and could I take him and a friend to a different training session. So the stroll changed to a sweaty rush back to retrieve him. Not very professional from the coaching point of view especially as some players had travelled 40 miles to get there.
Oh I wonder what the sweet story connected to this simple heart is !!! None of your garish carvings here but a stylish heart done in an artistic way !! Good spotting !!! I love your processing too !! Good job you were around to save the day with the hockey training !! Monty sounds a very fastidious dog !!!
we should see more b/w from you judith, this is lovely, nice gentle greys and wonderful background bokeh.......as for the 'copaches' ....well i'm sorry the 'copaches' let Adam down !!
@happypat Monty was being a right wimp though I had to laugh as I'd been grumpily scraping an inch of mud off my boots (not wellies - it didn't look muddy) and when I turned round he was looking very forlorn with a 'me next' look on his face.
@judithg sorry judith, typos are all part of the fun of 365 :) ...you do heav another one you can edit out though :) ...ohh you spotted that one too :)
What a lash-up on the coaching.
