Better title than photo I'm afraid! Out on a lovely spring walk with @helenmoss this morning this pretty little cat took refuge from the dogs. We would have liked to make sure that she got down safely but the best bet was to take the dogs well out of the way. Not much time to focus properly as we were feeling guilty about taking photos while she swung from her perch. Helen probably has a better version. I have lost my photo mojo a bit at the moment - shouldn't have as the sun has finally come out - year 3 blues....
Passed a humungous solar farm being installed in a couple of the fields - amazing and not very attractive sight but at least not polluting anything.
Three good things:
1. First walk with Helen for AGES - good to catch up.
2. Another blue sky.
3. About to Skype Rachel!
Oh no - could you not have lied and told us you watched it get safely down? Interesting about the solar farm. No pollution here true. We'll say nothing about the CO2 from power generation in China where they were probably made.... they''ll pay it back in 5 years. All good altough they;d look better on your roof!
Oh boy - she's hanging on for dear life there. But cats are such nimble climbers I'm sure she made it back down safely. Send some blue skies over, please :)!
@fueast Pretty sure it wouldn't be able to hang on up there for long poor thing! The field was quite amazing - we were wondering if they are a dazzle hazard as there is a small airfield very close! Totted up 2 or 3 thousand panels just in that field and there may also be another one which from a distance we assumed was covered in plastic but could have been more panels. Rather ruined the backdrop to some of the very few sheep around!
I was thinking the branches look very flimsy but cats are pretty adaptable creatures...I am off cats at the moment big time!
Lovely to see @helenmoss on 365 again , she must have caught up with her busy life a bit.
Solar is not quite as invasive as a wind turbine but I di think they ruin the look of some house...probably better in a field...farming solar will be more lucrative than farming animals!!!
great shot lol and oh skype only did that with max first few months ..mind could do with him home at mo his worryingly stressed :( last year i guess to be expected
@ditto44 Oh that's not good - close to finals now though - at least he's stressing early not the week before - he'll be ok once he feels he's in control again.
Lucky you to have some blue skies. It's my final day off so was intending to wander over to the nature reserve today and it's drizzling! Just typical. I'm sure your phojo will join you again very soon xx
Hope the cat got down ans i remember doing something similar and the guilty feeling! Hope your photo mojo re-invigorates soon - I lose mine temporarily from time to time - only natural witht this level of photo intensity, methinks!
Been trying to get a good shot of either our Morse or Jones climbing trees out at the back...but they're never at it when I have my camera! Quite a tricky shot to get this...Bravo!
Thank you for a lovely walk (I hope you got the soft cheese in Morrisons?). I was going to post the same picture (although mine not so well focussed!) so opted for the dogs in the lake next to the No Swimming sign instead. I love the title for this picture! I do hope this poor little chap made it down safely - that flimsy branch he's clinging to was really swaying quite alarmingly!

I wouldn't worry - if there's one thing cats are good at, it's looking after themselves. :)
