Spiralling downwards

I tihnk I may have cropped this a bit too much but I've got a cracking headache and stiff neck so I'm going to come off the computer for a bit. Taken at The Gogs with Rachel and Monty - I will be sad after she goes back tomorrow and I'm back walking on my lonesome.

I just noticed yesterday's shot! Wow what a beauty! This is different (of course) and also great focus! What is he doing up there? Take some pills - headaches cause tension which doesn't help!
