I'm not going anywhere - a man on the bridge shouting BYE at the top of his voice to everybody. He seemed to take a fancy to Monty and I thought we were going to be joined for a while but in the end his calls of 'BYE!' receded down Chesterton Road.
Gosh I thought you'd gone all dramatic and were about to jump then. I hear this strange man wailing in the woods yesterday too. Not sure what it was about. We made up this story about him being dumped but that was no excuse I thought.
Ooh I had thoughts of jumping then too......last ting you need is a strange hanger on!!! Don't think Monty would have been much of a guard dog would he?
Like some of others, I thought you had come face to face with a 'jumper'. A bridge is not a good place to be screaming "BYE"...although, from the looks of it, he would likely have survived the jump had he decided to go that route. Glad that wasn't the case and he went on down the road with his calls of Bye. :)
Or maybe he was a tad mad.
