Springtime 'sum-time' by judithg

Springtime 'sum-time'

The Mathematical Bridge at Queens' College with the lovely spring sun out - two hours later I was cycling home in the snow..and now it's fine again. Well I had a fab morning/lunch meeting Wendy Chapman who 365 old timers may well remember. What a delightful person - it seems to me that all 365ers are wonderful - well all the ones I've met! And little Toby the dog was an absolute trooper. I had a borrow of Wendy's wide angle lens to take the bridge but the punters deserted us so I have gone with this one.
Three GT:
1. The forecast 'heavy rain all day' did not materialise and we mostly had good light.
2. Meeting Wendy - feels like an old friend already!
3. Rachel home for the weekend :0)
Lovely GTs - enjoy your weekend. It looks summery in site of your adventures with the weather!

Hurray the sun although I am a bit jealous you saw snow. Since you've met me I would have to agree with your commentary :-)

@fueast Ah yeah - I'd forgotten ;0) It wasn't good snow - looked like rain but was harder and colder - and was actually ice...

@judithg Well now you deserve it for being mean!

@fueast Actually you were mentioned twice today as having been for very nice visits but I can't tell you that in case you get all smug.

The light is perfect in this shot and I really like your cropped view - makes for a more interesting photo. We should meet up - we find ourselves in the same vicinity often enough and have probably passed on the street without knowing it.

@dolphin Oh yes we must - it is ridiculous! Are you on FB? You can get me via Lucy's if so.

Love how you've captured the light on the water Judith. There was snow in Cambridge today? I'd better check the forecast for the weekend!

You've met me as well - so I'll take that as a compliment. I like the way the punt is framed by the bridge here and the lovely light.

Love the old wood and bricks as well as the punt
