I caught up with Rebecca on a walk around the local streets and spotted these rather lovely flowers in a front garden They were blowing about in a strong wind which shortly after brought in a very sudden squall of rain. It sent Monty straight off upstairs to hide under the bed. He's scared of the noise of rain on the Velux windows in the dining room and this downpour arrived so suddenly that even I jumped.

Perfect focus on an unusual flower with its cone shaped middle and wavy petals! The colour is gorgeous and how you got such a good shot when it was windy is beyond me! fav
