This lion seems to have had some dental work done to give him some nice even choppers. Based on my photos, there were quite a lot of lion statues around Budapest, but my eye kept being drawn back to this shot and finally I figured out what was unusual - his teeth. Not many lions around, or even lion statues, with human style teeth. I did a quick online image search under "lion statue roaring" and they all seemed to have more traditional sharp feline teeth.
