TJ strikes a pose on a recent modelling shoot

photo 482
When Peter and TJ visited Canberra on Wednesday I took a couple of sneaky shots demonstrating the lengths a photographer will go to in order to show their model off to best advantage, whilst both battle the elements. Shortly after this shot an icy blast of wind blew TJ off his perch, fortunately he did not fall onto the water's surface - no TJs or photographers were harmed in this shoot

Love this! This is the best of the TJ series! :-)

I love behind-the-scenes images like this, not just for the educational value, but it's truly amazing what some photographers will suffer for the sake of the shot.

@peterdegraaff hope you don't mind having a starring role in my shot posted for today

First thing I thought was oh no, what if TJ falls in, the tour would be over.

@tigerdreamer the water was only about 8cm deep - and surely TJ would merely sit on the surface and not sink

HA! Thank goodness he got back up again and the ground was dry!! Love this shot and think it's so super that 2 of my long-time favourite 365ers got together to do a shoot! If only I was a little (ok an awful lot) nearer I'd have come along too! :)

My partner's daughter dresses her dolls and does the most amazing photo shoots. I can't remember the web address offhand, but if I think of it, I'll pop back here and add it for you. Just thought TJ might find himself a girlfriend. Glad he survived the big wind.

Great action shot. TJ was lucky he didn't fall the other way...... it could have been a difficult resurrection er, rescue ~:)

This is just awesome. Glad to see Texas represented with TJ - I'm sure it made him feel at home :)) I can only imagine what people thought seeing a grown man lying on the ground taking a picture of a tiny Jesus toy. Ha!!
