Today my kitty cat was at the vet's. She had a sleepover, so she could get some tests in an attempt to find out why her appetite is so bad. She's never been a really big eater, but the last few years have been an off and on struggle, and lots of $$$ spent trying to find a reason.
Well, today's diagnosis is high blood pressure and hyperthyroidism, with mild liver disease and anemia thrown in for good measure.
I had time to kill before picking her up, so I headed to a park in a nearby city to check out their dog park. Dogs are great subjects, right? Wouldn't ya know I picked the one day of the week that the doggy park is closed. Nice big sign right there on the fence letting me know it's closed Tuesday's. Wonderful. :-(
So I headed back to home territory, still with time to kill and I remembered the Farmer's Market in my neighborhood. I didn't really need anything, and they were about to close up shop, but when I spied these cool purple onions, I had to have them.
This shot looks off to me. Flat or something. Nothing better to offer today.
Great color and detail. In my opinion the blue towel detracts from the shot. I wish I was smart enough to tell you why. Maybe that is what has you bothered?
