Ahh, I had some time to stroll today, and avoided The Garden like the plague. City Hall is a short drive, so I decided to wander around there for awhile.
Wow, so much unexplored territory! I didn't know what I didn't know. LOL
I've always stayed on the street level around the perimeter and inside the courtyard. Well, who knew there were stairways to the 2nd level, accessible by commoners such as me?
Here is one such graceful stairway.
