Several weeks ago, we hosted friends Raymond, Jeanne, and Vytis for a chili dinner and the conversation got around to how we never see dining room tables, as they are almost always covered with pads and tablecloths. In preparation for the kids and grandkids visiting for Eclipse 2024, we cleared the table to put in the extra leaf and I thought to take a photo and send it to Jeanne. Nevertheless, we think that the next time we have them here for a meal, we’ll eat in the kitchen and have the dining table uncovered.
