Baby Wren

I revisited the wren's nest and found that four of the five eggs hatched.

One egg had been pushed up out of the nest to the edge of the flower pot. This baby was hoping one of its parents had returned with something to eat. [BoB]

Any little jiggle will set them off. Great shot- the detail is perfect! I guess mom and dad knew the one egg never fertilized.
