yesterday, while i was taking pictures of the flatiron building's mural, under clear blue skies, this was happening right behind me from the southwest - fog coming in from ontario lake. the skyscraper on the left is much taller than the building next to it and before i finished my second batch of flatiron photos, these buildings were completely covered by the fog. it was kind of creepy, coupled with the fact that as the fog came into the city, it also got too cold for my liking.
in a way, this is also a mural, from mother nature, that is.
but today, it's just plain grey and kind of bleh! day so i thought i'd share this photo here today.
@cscecil@individuality_a - thanks, ladies. it was even more creepy seeing that fog as it was coming in from the 35th floor of our building. it lasted for a good part of the afternoon.
