my young niece is here tonight to watch superbowl with partner and as i write this, they're there cheering for new england's patriots team. she brought with her a bottle of napa valley's "irony" cabernet sauvignon for dinner. she also brought this beautiful and delicious cheesecake that she made for dessert. it has strawberry and peach toppings. it is very light and the sweetness is just right.
