here's part of 27 pieces of raw almonds. as part of my 'get rid of cholesterol' plan and diet, i have to eat 27 pieces of raw almonds everyday. 27. not 25, not 30, my naturopath doctors says '27'.
i have to break all 27 pieces every morning so it is easier for me to eat them, my way of taking care of my molar crowns.
I have a handful with my yogurt at breakfast. I like to have something that really needs chewing- otherwise I don't feel like I've eaten! Nice shot- I'm with Alia- it's a sepia shot without the sepia!
Beautiful pov and color tones, summerfield. Now THIS is the kind of diet for me .. something that I love! What if you eat 28 .. do you rasie your cholesterol? Now only I would ask that, right?!! Love 'em tho. :)

Great capture. Love the combination of colors. Amazing how life fixes things perfectly, naturally. Yet we spend our lives trying to reproduce it. LOL. On a side note, I wouldn't be too concerned with your cholesterol levels but more concerned about your doctors mental health. 27? LOL
