Terry, our downstairs neighbor's dog, had a bath today and was totally photogenic if only he'd let me photograph him. I'm slowly wearing him down to get used to me and my camera. This afternoon, he let me sit on the front steps and pet him, and tolerated the camera for a few shots. I love how his ear is so expressive. Processed in Silver Efex using high key, tried to bring out the texture of his ear and the soft strips of the fence and fence shadows. To me, it sort of looks like he's looking out of a prison cell.

I love this shot and the processing you have done...very soft and gentle...beautiful detail of the hair and ear, and subject perfectly positioned in the frame.
@pamknowler I think he's getting closer -- he did let me take a bunch of closeups at last, but I ended up liking the one that captured how he usually walks away from me. You're right about him knowing his own mind.
