Many Taiwanese lose their minds when I tell them that I don't go to bars or clubs. And they especially can't believe it when i tell them I don't drink. For them a foreigner must do these things, or else that would mean that all the tv shows and movies they have seen weren't true. And it's not like TV would lie to us. If we can't trust TV, than who can we trust!?
Anyway, this very hard to see picture is that of a local park. This is where I go every night very late at night with my dog (who is actually that white spot in the left center of the picture). It's nice to get out and decompress after a long day of studying. And my dog enjoys running around the park trying to find every bit of discarded food and marking her territory. I really wonder if she thinks she could "own" the whole park. It's rather big and there are a ton of dogs there. Oh well, everybody's got have a dream I guess, even dogs.
