Fooled Again

I'm fooled every time by this statue of Northrop Frye (Canadian literary critic at U of T until his death in 1991). "That guy" is always sitting on the best bench, even yesterday in the wickedly cold weather.
That is such a realistic statue… I can see how it could fool you into thinking someone was sitting there. This looks great with the dusting of snow.

The texture of his jacket is so well done, no wonder it fools you into thinking it’s a real person every time.

Great shot of this realistic looking statue. A bit cold to sit there whole day.

That’s very realistic, I can see why it fools you Heather. My sister in law is on her way home, she left Toronto today, Thursday, and arrives back in England tomorrow (she’s been in Canada since 14th December) so she won’t have to endure the severe weather at the weekend. I, however, am looking forward to seeing some photos of snow 😁.

Do not be surprised. A "hot critic" needs a "cold head".
