Looking Up

I spotted this display in a planter box perched on a patio railing. If I hadn't looked up, ...

Earlier today we had massive downpours, with a month's worth of rain falling within hours. Several roadways, buildings, and subway stations were flooded and power outages occurred throughout the city. Welcome to the world of climate change, we are being told (and warned).
