Though most of the rose bushes bore flowers of one color, there are a few with blooms of more than one color. This one, I think, fades from the deeper red to the lighter purple, though I'm not sure. Lovely grouping of blooms, though.
I like how to shown that the rose bloom starts out as a lighter shade and then does appear to fade into the deeper magenta. Wouldn't mind learning the name's variety, need to google that.
