This was the last balloon to inflate. The crew ran into some trouble with the fan, so the sun was well up, the other balloons had taken off, and the crowd was dispersing. I hung around a bit trying to get shadows and hoping someone might go into the envelope. No luck with that. In fact, the balloonist decided not to launch right then and they let the balloon collapse.
