She may look a bit dour, but really she'd just had supper and was basking in a bit of early evening sunlight coming in through the window. The barn cats do like the saddle blankets, and she was settling down for a bit of a snooze I think.
That is the fluffiest cat I have ever seen! I wonder how much meat there actually is under the fur. She looks like she's briefly indulging you and your camera and then is going to have a snooze.
