Thankfully the winds died down after sunset. Lots of snow! Then, overnight, ice. It is treacherous out! Ice covers everything. This is a heavy, dense snow, and it's left no open spaces. I liked the sole meadowlark singing his song amidst all the red-wing blackbirds looking for breakfast.
