Nojoqui Falls by aikiuser

Nojoqui Falls

Took a drive about an hour south of us to see the falls as we suspected there would be some good water after all the recent rains. The creek wasn't as high as expected, but the falls were flowing pretty good anyway. Not altogether happy with this image as I was doing a lot of experimenting, trying to make something interesting out of a cluttered mess. Funny how something so beautiful can actually prove quite difficult to shoot. Ah, well. I keep learning!

Peace all ;-)
Love this so much, Jenn! Awesome!

I think it's difficult to capture the beauty of things in a camera because it never quite looks like what we see in real life. This is beautiful, though! I've never seen a waterfall in a natural setting like this. It seems like it would be so peaceful!

I really like how the edges fade out ,, it looks like a pencil drawing, that has been selectively colored, very pretty and very peaceful to look at...

You were almost in my neighborhood here. This is such a nice place & I seldom visit :-( And if I tried to photograph it, it certainly wouldn't turn out this good. Very nice shot!
