An oldie, but I've been wanting to revisit our family trip to Italy now that I know a little more about editing. (And a lot more about shooting!) Unfortunately it seems the CDs that the original files are on aren't readable by my PC. Grrr... This is essentially a thumbnail that I edited until I can find how to access my CDs, but it's one of my favorite pics of my brother and our niece so I had to try. It was a sweltering day in Milan and we had come across some cold, wet spray for relief. I just loved their expressions as he spontaneously lifted her up for a better dosing!
@amyspada OMG, I would be so embarrassed to show many of my Italy shots! Not only were we going seemingly non-stop, but at the time didn't really much know what I was doing with a camera--mostly all auto setting snappies without much thought at all!! This was nearly nine years ago, I'd like to think if I returned I could do it a little more justice! :-D
This is a wonderful shot. I know what you mean about looking back at old photos. I need to go back to Italy now that I have a little more knowledge about photography. Wanna plan a trip? We can get a big group and rent a villa!
What an excellent shot! You are bringing back so many memories of my past trips to Italy and Greece. I love it over there. And yes, it does get HOT there!
