Storm Over Venice

We had only one night in Venice and it was a doozy! It took us about an hour walking in gail force winds and rain to find our hostel, but what a grand adventure. Sure wish I would have known better how to operate my camera at the time, the lightning was amazing all night long--I was lucky to catch anything at all hand held!

Fantastic capture, it's nice that you included detail of the city. When we were there we were ankle deep in water in St Mark's Square. Absolutely beautiful place!
