A semi-ghost town, Keeler, CA was once a thriving beach front vacation town in the Owens Valley. Now, many years after Los Angeles took the area water and diverted it for its own use, this small town is not much more than a faded memory.
An intriguing look at Keeler. I have been through here several times but never taken a picture because of the wind and dust storms. I recommend going up the hill from Keeler to Cerro Gordo. If the caretaker is on duty you can get a tour of the famous ghost town.
