On our way to Florida for some quality time with Miss Maddie, we got as far as Hardeeville, SC, a few miles north of the Georgia border. Off came the winter coats and we are luxuriating in the warm sun and mild breezes. I had to take some pictures of palm trees to prove we aren't in Richmond anymore.
Allison, The picasa editing that I used is called is in the "Effects" tab. It is called "Focal B&W." Just open your picture and click that application. You will see a little + sign that you can move around to the color that you want to highlight. You can increase/decrease the size of the highlighted area using the "size" slide bar. The "sharpness" slide bar is how defined you want the area you are highlighting to be. I've had fun with this particular effect! Have fun playing! Cheers!
